Amazon UK and Play.com were the best performing e-commerce websites last year, according to a new survey.
The sites came top of the class in a report from ForeSee Results, Brand Republic reports.
But languishing at the bottom of the table were Orange and PC World who performed the worst.
The list was compiled by looking at overall customer satisfaction in 30 websites.
Online shoppers were asked to rate the sites on price, merchandise, content and functionality.
Play.com came top with 78 points each, while PC World and Orange, as well as Curry's and B&Q scored the lowest with 60.
Larry Freed, chief executive of ForeSee Results, said: "By focusing on improving key aspects of a website - areas which directly affect customer satisfaction, and therefore a company's bottom line, retailers can gain maximum results and enjoy repeat business for years to come."
Figures out this week from E-Marketer and Lightspeed Research predict that e-commerce is set to become even more popular in the next 12 months.
