How much business do you get from inbound links?

To calculate you need to have some basic information at hand:

Your conversion rate (default is 2%)
Your average sale
Your repeat purchase rate (default is 4 times per year).

Once you've got that, check your referrer logs for the last month and identify links that bring you traffic. Note how many visits per month and use the calculator to estimate the annual value of each link.

Thanks Ken this simple common sense approach is a great way to make an informed decision when purchasing pay per click advertising (like google ad words). You have used 2% as the default conversion rate, what sort of range would you expect to see for this variable? Adam
