EON has launched a new service offering companies top tips in maximizing the SEO results of their press releases.
The company has launched the SEO top ten service through Business Wire and aims to bridge the gap between copy written by reporters and optimized press releases for automated technologies.
Monika Maeckle, EON product development team spokeswoman, said: "Engines and spiders are part of our clients' target audience these days.
"One of our goals is to help those sending press releases dip a toe in the waters of search and social media without having to dive in headfirst."
All EON's SEO advice is deliberately corrective, she added.
EON's service suite includes a text optimization tool, which is provided by Newsforce.
There are also measurement tools included in the package plus a highly optimized platform built by Vocus/PRWeb, which was launched early in 2007.
