A free channel marketing tool called eDTM has today been launched by NetOp Tech, a subsidiary of Danware.
The tool allows online sellers to monitor their lists locally, along with campaign monitoring and follow-up.
NetOp can then benchmark campaign strategies and assist online sellers in improving their marketing methods.
Beth Jones, marketing manager of NetOp, said: "The implementation of this tool is a move towards dialog and permission based marketing, something our customers have been asking for.
"Ultimately, this helps is to communicate more effectively with our customer base, delivering truly relevant content to those who have specifically requested it."
Companies which have joined NetOp recently include Croft Technologies, ADA Networks, Virtual Network partners and Blue Beam.
Mick Keeble, managing director of Croft Technologies, said: "Signing with NetOp has allowed us to complete our product portfolio, as their software offering is excellent.
"We have already had considerable success in the remote control market and eDTM will make a big difference to how we communicate important information to our customers, making sure our messaging is consistent and up-to-date."
