The internet retailer Regis Corporation has chosen to adopt Escalate's Blue Martini ecommerce platform to market and disseminate its online products.
Specializing in beauty products, hair restoration and cometology education, Minneapolis-based Regis will make use of Escalate's Contact Center, Relationship Marketing and Business Intelligent applications, it has been announced.
The partnership is set to improve customer services, expand inventory listings and provide greater franchise and corporate order visibility.
Escalate will also facilitate a greater choice of language and currency options for Regis' international customer base.
