Tradition and technology are two things not often featured in unison.

However, a recent article by UK-based newspaper The Times indicates that just sometimes, the combination can make for a highly profitable partnership.

The article, entitled 'Will the internet kill the hotel concierge?' focuses in on new technology that is revolutionising the hotel sector's traditional organizational techniques.

An LA-based company called GoConcierge.net provided the focus of the feature, having recently sold its new technology to The Dorchester, one of the world's most renowned hotels.
